Pakistani officials and ulema have confirmed the leading role played by the Kingdom under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to support regional security and stability, ensure the unity and cohesion of the Islamic Ummah and support the Islamic issues, praising the services offered by the Kingdom's government to pilgrims and care of the two Holy Mosques. This came at a conference held by Pakistan's "Movement of the Defense of the Two Holy Mosques" in cooperation with Pakistan's Central Ahl al-Hadeeth Association today in Islamabad under the patronage of Minister of Religious Affairs Dr. Nur Al Haq Qadri and other officials. "The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has historical relations with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These relations are characterized by mutual understanding and consensus, in line with the keenness of the two leaderships to support and enhance them for the service of the two countries, the two brotherly peoples and the Islamic Ummah, in addition to enhancing their role in maintaining security, peace and support regional and international development, particularly in the service of Islamic issues and interests, noting the Kingdom standing by Pakistan in all the trials and tribulations, and its efforts in serving Islam and Muslims and sponsoring the two Holy Mosques and Islamic issues.
