In collaboration with Kuwaiti Red Crescent Society, the Riyadh-based King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSRelief) has sent a 14-truck relief land convoy to Al-Hodeida province, Yemen, laden with 10,00 food baskets scheduled to be distributed over 5,000 needy families. In a statement to mark the occasion, Eng. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Baiz, Assistant Supervisor General for Operations and Programs at KSRelief, lauded the Kuwaiti move as reflecting the firm stance of the people of Kuwait by the side of their Yemeni friends.
