Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh, Okaz, and Al-Youm newspapers said in their editorials regarding Security Council's resolutions, that these resolutions on Yemen were issued and there was no mechanism for their implementation, which led to these decisions to be flagrantly violated and the Yemeni crisis to be worsened, as the Iranian-backed Al-Houthi Militias continue to ignore these resolutions, which is reflected on the way that this terrorist group deals with the UN Special Envoy to Yemen Martin Griffith. The papers concluded there is no doubt that the international failure to take appropriate measures against supplying Houthis with weapons has prolonged the war, as Houthis use these weapons illegally to threaten regional stability in the Middle East and the safety of maritime navigation in the Red Sea and Al-Mandeb Strait, which threaten the security of the regions' countries and international peace and security.
