The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Salahuddin Rabbani, has hailed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's hosting of the International Conference of Muslim Scholars (ICIS) on Peace and Stability in the Republic of Afghanistan held in the two cities of Jeddah and Makkah last July and the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Crown Prince to restore peace and security to Afghanistan and achieve stability for the Afghan people, pointing to the balanced statement issued by the International Conference of Muslim Scholars as it strongly reflects the positions of Muslim scholars and the Islamic nation against terrorism and extremism.
