Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen asserted that no political development, whatsoever, would affect the status of Al-Quds Al-Sharif (Jerusalem), which embodies the central cause of the OIC, stressing that OIC will confront any brutal Israeli aggression, including taking appropriate political, economic and legal measures against Israeli allegations on the occupied city of Jerusalem or steps taken to perpetuate Israel's occupation of Al-Quds, or the Holy City. This was unfolded, during the international conference on the issue of Jerusalem today, held in cooperation with the UN Committee, on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People, under the title: Al-Quds after 50 years of occupation and 25 years of the Oslo Accords, in Rabat, Kingdom of Morocco from 26 to 28 June 2018. The Conference was opened by King Mohammed VI of Morocco speech, which was delivered by the Head of the OIC Al Quds committee, who is also the Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Nasser Bouraita, on behalf of the monarch.
