Yemeni Premier Meets with UNICEF Chief

Yemeni Premier Dr. Ahmed Obaid bin Daghir met here today with Executive Director of United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Henrietta H. Fore and accompanying delegation, currently on a visit to Yemen.
The visit took place, in order to inspect UNICEF projects, in various governorates, in Yemen.
Obaid referred to the support provided by UNICEF in the areas of health, education, hygiene, humanitarian work, relief and care for children, praising the generous support provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSRelief), the UAE Red Crescent and all international organizations that contributed to alleviating the suffering of the Yemeni people.
