President Vladimir Putin of the Federal Republic of Russia received at the Kremlin in Moscow today His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense. At the outset of the meeting, the Russian President welcomed HRH the Crown Prince in his current visit to Moscow, sending his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. In turn, the Crown Prince conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Russian President. During the meeting, they reviewed the aspects of the Saudi Russian relations in a number of fields. They also reviewed the Saudi Russian cooperation in the field of oil and the two sides reiterated their confirmation of the continuation of the bilateral cooperation to preserve the stability of oil market and growth of the international economy. The meeting also discussed the developments in the Middle East and reviewed the efforts being exerted to enhancing the security and stability of the region. The meeting was attended by Dr. Majid Al-Gasabi, Minister of Commerce and Investment; Eng. Khalid Al-Faleh, Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources; Dr. Nizar bin Amin Madani, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs; Khalid Al-Himaidan, chief of General Intelligence; Ahmed Al-khateeb, advisor at the general secretariat of the Council of Ministers; and Yasser Al-Ramyan, advisor at the general secretariat of the Council of Ministers. On the Russian side, the meeting was attended by foreign minister Serge Lavrov; and senior officials.
