Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at the local arena. Al-Riyadh Newspaper said regarding the judicial environment and development that when housing funding special regulations were enacted, they were followed by a special mortgage system, which regulates the legal relationship of all parties in terms of litigation and guaranteeing rights. The newspaper added that the judicial environment is the base of economic development, whether those aimed at motivating the private sector, or attracting foreign capital, and we note that foreign investments come when the legislations are clear, fair and equal to all. Al-Riyadh concluded, as the Kingdom realizes the importance of developing the legislative environment to support economic development, it has established several agencies and issued several regulations for help, as the judiciary system is a major way of developing the legal environment and supporting economic development, pointing out that the Kingdom has developed the judiciary system and restructured its agencies completely by issuing a new judicial system.
