Governor of Al-Hudaydah in Yemen Hassan Taher has announced that three new directorates were liberated. In a press statement, he called on the people of the province to strike rebellion against elements of the Iranian-backed Houthi militia and support the national army and the resistance, stressing that the local authorities began to activate their role in the liberated directorates. Yemeni President Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi praised the progress made by the national army in its battles against the Iranian-backed Houthi militia in south of Al-Hudaydah, with support from the Arab coalition forces.
