Al-Balsam International Organization saved the lives of 8 Yemeni People on its first day in Mukalla Governorate, Yemen, within the framework of its voluntary humanitarian efforts. The medical team of Al-Balsam preformed one open-heart surgery and 7 catheterizations for Yemeni citizens, as the Organization's campaign, which began in May 26th and will continue to June 2nd, aims to preform 10 open-heart surgeries and 90 catheterizations. Governor of Hadramaut Province Major General Faraj Salmin Al-Bahsani expressed his thanks to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the medical team of Al-Balsam International Organization, which Cyclone Mekunu has prevented them from arriving on time for providing medical services for Yemeni cardiac patients on a daily basis during their stay in Yemen. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Al-Balsam Organization Dr. Emad bin Abdullah Bukhari expressed their happiness to serve patients who came to Hadramaut from every Yemeni governorate. Dr. Bukhari said that this comes within the framework of voluntary medical campaigns and missions by Al-Balsam International Organization, pointing out that their medical campaigns in Yemen have started since 2003.
