Saudi parliamentary friendship committee, at the Shura Council, Held a meeting here today with the delegation of the NATO Partnerships' sub-committee, currently on a visit to the Kingdom. The Head of the Shura committee Prince Dr. Khalid bin Abdullah bin Mishari chaired the Saudi side, while the NATO sub-committee was presided over by Mateen Lutfi, the Vice Chairman of the NATO partnerships' sub-committee. At the outset of the meeting, prince bin Mishari welcomed the delegation, in the Kingdom, reaffirming distinct relations binding the Kingdom and the NATO, in all fields, in general and the relations between the Shura and NATO member states' parliaments, praising the visit that falls in line with seeking to enhance bilateral cooperation between the two sides, through consultations and dialogue to face the rapidly events and developments, in the region as well as in the world, in order to best serve the interests of peoples and countries.
