His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers, and Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia met today in Madrid the Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Spain Maria Dolores de Cospedal. Upon the arrival of HRH Crown Prince at the Ministry of Defense Headquarters, the national anthems of the two countries were played, and they reviewed the Guard of Honor. During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations; ways of enhancing cooperation between the two countries in defense and military fields, the promising opportunities to transfer and localize technology in line with Saudi Vision 2030; the latest developments in the Middle East and the world, and the efforts being exerted regarding them, including efforts to fight terrorism and combat extremism. The meeting was attended by Prince Mansour bin Khalid bin Farhan, Saudi Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain, HRH Crown Prince's accompanying delegation, and senior officials of the Spanish Ministry of Defense.
