Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh and Al-Youm newspapers commented on the visit currently being paid to Spain by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, saying that the two sides will sign during the visit a series of bilateral agreements in various fields to further enhance relations of cooperation between the two friendly countries whose ties dated back to more than fifty years ago. The papers pointed out that the two countries are combined by joint political and economic interests, and HRH Crown Prince's visit will bring them to closer relations, noting that their viewpoints are identical or similar on issues pertaining to the world and the region, as they are in a great convergence towards peace process in the Middle East, whereas Spain witnessed Madrid Peace Conference in 1991, and Riyadh launched the Arab Peace Initiative adopted by Beirut Summit in 2002. Okaz newspaper in its editorial entitled ''Tehran is the capital of terrorism'' quoted HRH Crown Prince as saying at a press conference on Tuesday in Paris that the Iranian regime has an ideological goal, not to serve the interests of Iran or Iranian citizens, but to serve the interests of the Iranian ideology and the evidence is obvious in the past 30 years, asking what the world awaits from a rogue state that supports terrorism and terrorists of Lebanese Hezbollah and Houthis in Yemen.
