The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud made a telephone call to His Excellency President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi of the Arab Republic of Egypt and congratulated him on winning the presidential elections. In his own name and on behalf of the Saudi government and people, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques affirmed that this great Egyptian people's trust came as a result of His Excellency's distinct efforts in the fields of development and combatting terrorism. Availing himself of the occasion, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques lauded the distinct relations binding the two friendly peoples and countries as the two parties seek to consolidate and develop them in all fields. For his part, the President of Egypt expressed thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' bright stance and the Saudi people for their noble feelings towards Egypt and its people.
