King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) held here today an awareness course on the dangers of child recruitment and the legal responsibility of parents and the society for 27 parents whose children have been recruited by Houthi militias within the framework of its humanitarian operations plan in Yemen. The parents expressed their gratitude to King Salman Center for its care of their children through its support for Rehabilitation Center for Recruiting Children. It is noteworthy that 27 children recruited by Houthi militias are undergoing psychological and social rehabilitation in the framework of 3rd and 4th phases within the project of rehabilitation of child recruits targeting 81 child soldiers from several Yemeni governorates. Earlier, KSrelief has rehabilitated in the 1st and 2nd phases of the project via Wethaq Foundation for Civil Orientation 80 child soldiers affected by the war in Yemen from four governorates including Marib, Imran, Jouf and Taiz.
