Japan's Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs and Member of the House of Representatives Manabu Horii stressed that 'Roads of Arabia' Exhibition has presented a new picture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which is known for its economic development, pointing out that the Exhibition is a historic event in the relations between the two countries. This came in his remarks following the opening ceremony of the Exhibition. Horii said that the Exhibition represents a valuable cultural opportunity and a historic event that should be recorded in the history of relations between the countries, adding that last year, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, paid a visit to Japan and agreed with Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to implement this important project in the framework of the Japanese-Saudi Vision 2030. Its noteworthy that Saudi Ambassador to Japan Ahmad bin Younis Al-Barrak opened 'Roads of Arabia' Exhibition on Monday, 29 January 2018, at Tokyo National Museum in Tokyo, Japan, on behalf of Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH).
