King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain received here today Prince Ahmad bin Fahd bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Region, who is currently on an official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The meeting was attended by Bahraini Crwon Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister. At the outset of the audience, Prince Ahmad conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Minister; and Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Region, to the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, wishing the monarch continuous health and happiness and the people of Bahrain steady progress and prosperity. In turn, the King of Bahrain sent his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, HRH the Crown Prince and the governor of Eastern Region. King Hamad bin Isa affirmed the depth of historic and strong relations binding the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Bahrain based on strong foundation of cooperation and coordination in all fields. The Bahraini Monarch has lauded the bright stances of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in support of the Kingdom of Bahrain. He stressed that these stances reflect the strong ties and bonds between the two brotherly countries and peoples throughout history. The King of Bahrain added that such visits contribute to consolidate joint cooperation and coordination, particularly in the fields of security and consultations with regard to the latest developments of the critical situations in the region. The audience was attended by a number of officials.
