Presided over by the Chairman of the Pan-Arab Parliament Dr. Mishaal Al-Salami, the 3rd annual session of the speakers and heads of Arab parliaments, adopted here today Arab Comprehensive Document to Combat Terrorism. The approved document is set to be submitted to the forthcoming Arab summit, set to be held in March, at the Saudi capital Riyadh, which will play host to the annual Arab top political gathering. It calls for uprooting terrorism, in all forms and manifestations, however it differentiates between freedom fighting, including armed struggle, from terrorism, demanding that such freedom fighting for national liberation or seeking the right of self-determination against foreign occupiers or aggression, shall not be intermingled with terrorism, extremism or outlawed outfits, whatsoever.
