Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper in its editorial entitled ''Subsidized Loans'' said that the Ministry of Housing's efforts to create practical solutions to enable eligible citizens to own houses targeting 430,000 Saudi families on waiting lists are considered as an important turning point in the history of housing in the Kingdom, noting that Saudi banks and financing companies provided real estate loans amounted to about SR 220 billion until the third quarter of last year 2017. On another subject, Okaz newspaper wrote about "Medical Insurance'', commending the announcement of the Ministry of Health regarding the adoption of the new unified document of the cooperative health insurance system, describing it as a lifeline for many patients unable to pay for their expensive treatment and bills, especially in some chronic diseases or those in need of urgent medical interventions. Al-Youm newspaper in its editorial on Qatar pointed to the statement issued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Egypt, which condemned yesterday the report on the visit of the High Commissioner for Human Rights to Qatar during the period from 17 to 24 November, saying that it is strange to pay attention and care for the Qatari human rights system as the regime is still being involved in its faulty policies by hosting the symbols of terrorism in Doha, its support for many terrorist militias and requesting support from foreign countries.
