As many as 34 vessels transited the Suez Canal today, with a total cargo of 2,400,000 tons. The north-bound convoy included 15 vessels laden with 1,200,000 tons while the south-bound convoy included 19 vessels carrying 1,200,000 tons, according to a statement by the Suez Canal Authority.
