Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh, Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, affirmed that supporting Jerusalem is inevitable necessity. During his chairmanship of the Saudi delegation to Al-Azhar International Conference in Support of Jerusalem (Al-Quds), Sheikh Saleh thanked the Arab Republic of Egypt for its support of the Palestinian Cause, adding that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia supports Al-Azhar's keenness of holding this conference. "The Kingdom always and permanently supports rights of the Palestinian people through establishment of their state with Jerusalem as its capital. The Kingdom performs its Islamic and Arab obligations towards protecting Jerusalem of all dangers, including its judaization or making it the capital of the Zionist occupation state," Al Al-Sheikh said.
