The Minister of Local Administration and the Chairman of the Yemeni Higher Relief Committee Abdulraqib Fat'h called on the international community, in general and the United Nations, in particular, to shoulder their full responsibilities towards mounting suffering of the Yemeni people, in governorates under the Houthi control. The Yemeni minister said in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency today that the threat of the so-called Head of the Political Council of the militias loyal to the coup d'état, to cut off international navigation, in the Red Sea, during a meeting with the Vice Special Envoy to Yemen, is an open and flagrant challenge to international and humanitarian laws and the United Nations.
