Yemeni Minister of Local Administration Abdulraqib Fat'ih, who is also the Head of the High Committee for Relief confirmed that relief convoys dedicated for Taiz Governorate are still, at Hodaidah harbor, as the Houthi militias and forces loyal to putsch-like ousted Saleh, refuses to clear it. Other relief shipments destined to other provinces, are also seized, for more than three months. The minister called on international bodies working in militia-controlled areas, especially the World Food Program, to deal with them, firmly, and to search for other options to guarantee deliverance of aid to affected areas.
