The Palestine Committee of the Arab Parliament has held its sixth meeting in Cairo under the chairmanship of Arab Parliament Speaker Dr. Mishaal bin Fahm Al-Salami. The meeting aimed to discuss and follow up the implementation of the Parliament's resolution which includes setting a plan to address the decision of US Administration to recognize Jerusalem (Al-Quds) as the capital of Israel, and thwart Israel's candidacy to occupy a non-permanent seat at the United Nations Security Council for the years 2019-2020. This came in a press statement issued by the parliament today.
