Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Yaum newspaper wrote in its editorial under the title ''The Kingdom's firm principled positions towards the nation's issues'' that the Kingdom has mobilized its political, diplomatic and military capabilities to confront terrorists and racist Iranian Houthi militias in their attempts to control Yemen and destabilize the region, noting that the Kingdom has also exploited its international weight to defend the Palestinian cause. For its part, Al-Riyadh newspaper commented on the State's general budget, saying that the Kingdom is on the right track based on the knowledge economy which is better than the economy relying on oil, describing it as the budget of attracting investment, real expansion, comprehensive development and qualitative projects benefiting the homeland and its citizens.
