Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Alyaum newspaper said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has always been keen to support the Islamic solidarity in all its forms, methods and lofty goals to raise the issue of Muslims and unite their ranks to meet the challenges being waged against the Islamic nation by its enemies, at a time, Iran has threatened to withdraw from the meetings of Islamic States held recently in Karachi for illogical arguments. The newspaper added that the Kingdom has stood firm and called for the importance of containing the Iranian threat not only to the countries of the region, but also to the international peace and security. Al-Riyadh and Okaz newspapers commented on Yemeni uprising, saying that Yemen has witnessed accelerated events in which the rules of players have changed between the two sides of the coup against the legitimacy, as that events put things on the right track. The newspapers added that Houthi terrorist militias have not succeeded in confronting the honorable Yemeni uprising against its sectarian project by calling for dialogue and calm, in addition to the failure of the mediation led by Iran and Qatar.
