The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria Boyko Borisov witnessed at the King's palace in Riyadh today a signing ceremony of a number of agreements between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government of the Republic of Bulgaria. A cooperation agreement in the field of agriculture, livestock and fisheries was co-signed by Saudi Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Eng. Abdurrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadhli and Bulgarian Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry Rumen Porodzanov. An agreement on avoidance of double taxation on income taxes and prevention of tax evasion was co-signed by Saudi Minister of Finance Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan and Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister for Judicial Reform and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva. The signing ceremony was attended by Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region; Prince Dr. Mansour bin Meteb bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the State, Member of the Cabinet and Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior; Khaled bin Abdurrahman Al-Isa, Minister of the State, Member of the Cabinet and Chief of the Royal Court; Eng. Abdurrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadhli, Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, who is also the accompanying minister; Adel bin Ahmad Al-Jubeir, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan, Minister of Finance; Musfir bin Abdurrahman Al Ghasib, Saudi ambassador to Bulgaria; and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria's accompanying official delegation.
