Saudi Ambassador to Turkmenistan Khalid bin Faisal Al-Sahli participated in the fifth session of Saudi-Turkmen Joint Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation held in Riyadh during the period from 8 to 9 November 2017. The deputy prime minister supervising the energy industry Maksat Babayev represented the Turkmen side, accompanied by a number of representatives of ministries, government departments, and various national companies. The Ambassador also attended a number of meetings with Minister of Commerce and Investment Majed bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, Minister for Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources Engineer Khalid Al-Falih, President of SABIC, President of Saudi Fund for Development, where a number of agreements in various fields were signed.
