Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud approved providing financial support for the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI). On signing of the support agreement with the INTOSAI's Development Initiative took place on the sidelines of the 70th session of the Executive Council of the International Organization, which took place on 6-7 November 2017 in the city of Graz, Austria, Spokesman of the President of the General Audit Bureau said, pointing out that it was signed on behalf of the Chief of the General Audit Bureau, by Mohammed Mutlaq Al-Nifaei, Advisor and General Supervisor of the Chief's office, in the presence of INTOSAI President Dr. Hareb bin Saeed Al-Amimi and Nabil bin Hussein Ashri, the Deputy Ambassador of the Kingdom to Austria. He added that the agreement includes providing financial and knowledge support to the work of monitoring objectives of sustainable development, in developing countries as part of the INTOSAI Development Initiative, which aims to support developing countries and enhance their capacities and performance. It's noteworthy that the request was made by more than 100 countries.
