Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Awwad bin Saleh Al-Awwad has described NEOM project as the dream and the vision being achieved by Saudi citizens' smartness and gigantic determination. In a press statement, the Minister said that Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense, President of Council of Economic and Development Affairs, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Public Investment Fund (PIF), who is the architect of Vision 2030, has attracted the world's attention as usual through a project for dreamers with a new and unique future. The Minister of Culture and Information described the speech delivered by the Crown Prince at the opening of the project, as inspiring by the architect of the future projects, who is characterized by an outstanding smartness and deep insight into the renaissance of our country and its development in various fields. Dr. Awwad bin Saleh Al-Awwad said that the world's attention is directed from around the world to the north of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to follow the largest project of its kind which is expected by international investors to attract Saudi and global investments amounting to more than a half trillion dollars. He noted that the Crown Prince has bet on the great ambition and determination of citizens to achieve the construction of this huge project and announced its launch in the Future Investment Initiative, indicating that the project aims to provide the best means of living and economic opportunities for its inhabitants along with attracting the best talents from the Kingdom and abroad, pointing out both Saudis and non-Saudis will live in NEOM, as is the case with all other international private regions. The Minister of Culture and Information congratulated the Saudi people on this wise leadership with an ambitious vision to realize the dreams of the future and the aspirations of generations for a better future, praying to Allah Almighty to preserve the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the Crown Prince and perpetuate this homeland's glory, progress and prosperity in all fields.
