Saudi Grains Organization announced today its 6th tender for the year 2017 for importing 540,000 tons of fodder barley during the period (November-December, 2017) on board 9 ships through the Kingdom's ports on the Red Sea and the Arabian Gulf. The Organization's Governor Engineer Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Faris pointed out that this tender comes as an extension of the Kingdom's plan to cover the local demand of fodder barley and preserve its strategic stocks, noting that the Organization has already awarded tenders to import 6.1 million tons of fodder barley this year.
