Grand Mufti of Egypt Dr. Shawki Allam congratulated Custodian of Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, on the occasion of the 87th National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Dr. Allam, in a statement to Saudi Press Agency, praised Saudi Arabia's efforts to serve the pilgrims in order to facilitate the performance of the rituals with ease. He stressed that the strong relations between the Saudi and Egyptian peoples are deeply rooted in history, noting the continued coordination and solidarity between the two countries, the leadership, the government and the people to root out the abhorrent roots of terrorism and its abhorrent groups and supporting countries that seek to spread havoc and destruction in the Arab and Islamic region.
