The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz sent a condolence and consolation cable to Egyptian President Abdulfattah Al-Sissi, on Sinai Victims following a twin terrorist bombings, in the Northern Sinai. In his cable, the Monarch expressed utmost sorrow on hearing the two bombings in Northern Sinai, resulting in deaths and casualties. The King extended condolences to the president and strongly expressed denouncing and disapproving of the two heinous and criminal acts, affirming the Kingdom stance besides Egypt and its fraternal people against all those who are trying to affect its security and stability. I offered to your excellency, the Egyptian people and the families of the victims, on behalf of the people and the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in my own name, the Kingdom stressed, sincere condolences and faithful consolation, wishing their families patience, hoping speedy recovery for the injured and praying that may the Almighty save you, the sisterly Egyptian people against any harm and mischief.
