The Command and Control Center of the Ministry of Health said in a statement today that a number of cases infected with Corona Virus at King Saud Medical City in Riyadh were recorded. "Three cases of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome corona virus (MERS-CoV) were recorded in addition to 4 positive samples taken from health workers in contact with the infected cases. These cases were confirmed by the regional laboratory of the Ministry of Health," the statement said. The statement also said that "A private hospital has examined these cases. There was a delay in the diagnoses as well as the application of the isolation procedures. Accordingly, the precautionary closure was applied to this facility."
