His highness Haytham bin Tariq Al Saeid, the Representative of Sultan Qabus of Oman, who is also the Minister of Heritage and Culture arrived here today, to offer condolences on the death of late Prince Mishaal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
Upon arrival, he was received by the Governor of Jeddah Prince Mishaal bin Majid and the Director of Royal Protocol, in the Western Region, Ahmed bin Dhafer.
