Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Second Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, met in Jeddah today with German Chancellor Angela Merkel. During the meeting, they discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries and means of developing them, in addition to the latest developments in the Middle East and efforts exerted by the two countries to achieve security and stability in the region, especially the fight against terrorism. The meeting was attended by Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Awad Al-Awad, the accompanying minister, and other officials.
