Minister of State at the Ministry of Energy and Economy of the Federal Republic of Germany Matthias Machnig stressed the deep relationship between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Germany, which is based on a solid history and a continuous dimension of development and harmony which has become a model at all levels noting that the two countries are members of the G20 and the UN and are linked by many economic and investment agreements. He made the remarks during his attendance of the Saudi-German business meeting on behalf of the German Chancellor Angela Merkel. The meeting was held in Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry today. The German official reviewed Saudi imports from Germany and Saudi exports to it.
