The Saudi Academy for Civil Aviation, an affiliate of the Civil Aviation Authority, was elected member of ICAO international training council for aviation, garnering 40 out of 91 votes, it was reported here today. Naeem bin Abdulaziz Al-Shabana, Assistant Chief of the organization for central services, said the most recent achievement, secured by the council for the first time, is yet another international recognition of the Saudi civil aviation authority's contribution and distinguished leverage in the civil aviation world. He recalled that the Academy has recently collected six international accreditations and partnerships.
