The "Resolved Eagles 2017" military exercise, was launched in Kuwait today, in the participation of the Saudi armed forces, and other armies of the GCC countries in addition to the US side and in the presence of Chief of the General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army Lt. Gen. Mohammed Khaled Khodr, and the leaders of armed units participating in the exercise. In a statement to mark the event, the Saudi commander of the units participating in the exercise Brigadier Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Rabee'a said the exercise which lasts for three weeks is part of efforts to promote mutual cooperation and raising the combat readiness of the Gulf Cooperation Council to address regional challenges.
