The Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to President Michael D. Higgins of Ireland on the occasion of his country's National Day.
In his cable, the Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques wished the President permanent good health and happiness and the people of Ireland steady progress and prosperity.
