Under the patronage of Minister of Culture and Information and Member of National Committee for Narcotics Control (NCNC) Dr. Adel bin Zaid Altoraifi, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) in collaboration with NCNC Secretariat represented in National Project for the Prevention of Narcotics (NEBRAS) and the General Directorate of Narcotics Control (GDNC) will organize at the headquarters of SPA Media Center here tomorrow, on Wednesday a symposium entitled "Saudi Universities' Role in Fighting Drugs Phenomenon", with the participation of more than 300 academics from Kingdom's universities and specialists from government and security agencies. This was announced by NCNC Secretary General, GDNC Assistant Director General for Preventive Affairs and NEBRAS Project Chairman of Board of Directors, Abdul-Ilah bin Mohammed Al-Sharif. He said that holding this symposium comes within the framework of the directives of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Interior and NCNC President to carry out NEBRAS plans and policies to activate Saudi Universities' role and disseminate cultural, social and health awareness of narcotics harms.
