Security Spokesman of the Interior Ministry: the Security Authorities Overthrow Four Terrorist Cluster Cells in Pre-emptive Operations

Within framework of the pre-emptive operations implemented by the security authorities, the Security Spokesman of the Interior Ministry stated that the security authorities were able to overthrow four terrorist cluster cells in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh and Qassim regions where these cells have many various terrorist activities as providing a shelter for wanted persons, including Taiee bin Salem bin Yaslam Al-Sairir who was killed by storming a terrorist hideout in Yasmeen District in Jeddah on 9/4/1438H and the two terrorists, Khaled Ghazi Hussain Al-Sarwani and Nadi Marzouq Khalaf Al-Madhani, Saudi nationalities, were blowing themselves up after refusing to surrender to the security forces at Harazat district in Jeddah and other activities in supporting and promoting deviant thoughts of Daesh terrorist organization on the internet, recruiting people in favor of the terrorist organization, inciting to participate in the fighting in the conflict zones and providing financial support to them and their terrorist activities where some members have an experience in explosive belts and mixtures manufacture. The security spokesman added that 18 people of these cells were arrested until now, including two Yemeni nationalities, a Sudanese nationality and 15 Saudi nationalities. They were:
1- Ibrahim Saleh Saeed Al-Zahrani, Saudi nationality
2- Khaled Abdurrahman Mohammed Sharahili, Saudi nationality.
3- Raji Abdu Ali Hassan, Saudi naturalization.
4- Saeed Saleh Saeed Al-Zahrani, Saudi nationality.
5- Sulieman Ibrahim Abdurrahman Al-Fawzan, Saudi nationality.
6- Saleh Ali Abdurrahman Al-Shalash, Saudi nationality.
7- Atef Souab Dhafer Al-Shehri, Saudi nationality.
8- Abdulaziz Mohammed Abdulaziz Al-Swaid, Saudi nationality.
9- Abdullah Ibrahim Sulieman Al-Othaibi, Saudi nationality.
10- Abdullah Hmoud Abdullah Al-Othaibi, Saudi nationality.
11- Abdullah Mohammed Al-Hamidi, Saudi nationality.
12- Abdulmalek Hamad Abdullah Al-Fahid, Saudi nationality.
13- Mohammed Hamad Sulieman Al-Fahid, Saudi nationality.
14- Mejel Ibrahim Abdurrahman Al-Fawzan, Saudi nationality.
15- Muhanad Hamad Sallah Al-Zaidi Al-Otaibi, Saudi nationality.
16- Ayman Omar Ahmad Muqbil, Yemeni nationality.
17- Khaled Ahmad Mohammed Ba Jafaar, Yemeni nationality.
18- Mazen Alameen Mukhtar Mohammed, Sudanese nationality.
The security operations also resulted in the seizure of a number of automatic and white weapons in addition to more than SR2000,000.
The Ministry of the Interior stresses its keenness to respond forcefully and decisively to these terrorist activities and formations as well as to bring those involved to justice.
