JEDDAH – The Ministry of Interior made public on Wednesday the names of 16 terror suspects for their involvement in the blasts at a mosque in Al-Qudaih village and outside Al-Anoud mosque in Dammam during last two Fridays. Maj. Gen. Mansour Al-Turki, security spokesman at the ministry, urged citizens and expatriates to pass any information about terror suspects or cells, saying that those who give information leading to their arrests will be given rewards ranging from SR1 million to SR7 million. He said the ministry had obtained vital information about the suspects who had close contacts with those arrested in connection with the suicide blasts at Ali Bin Abi Talib Mosque in Al-Qudaih village in Qatif on May 22 and outside Hussain Bin Ali Mosque in Al-Anoud district in Dammam on May 29 and the attack on a security patrol team. The names of the suspects are: Ibrahim Al-Wazan, Ahmad Al-Ghamdi, Bassam Al-Yahya, Hassan Al-Qahtani, Hassan Al-Shamri, Saeed Al-Rasheed, Sultan Al-Shahri, Suwailem Al-Rowaili, Abdurahman Al-Shahri, Abdul Rahim Al-Mutlaq, Abdul Hadi Al-Qahtani, Faisal Al-Zahrani, Mohsen Al-Otaibi, Muhammad Al-Anzi, Muhammad Al-Zahrani and Hisham Al-Khudair. Al-Turki urged all those who have any information about these suspects to call on No. 990 or contact the nearest security agency. He said that one who passes any information leading to the arrest of any one of these suspects will be rewarded with SR1 million and this reward will be increased to up to SR5 million in case of information leading to the arrest of more suspects. Those who provide information leading to foiling any terror attacks will be rewarded with SR7 million, he said, adding that this is in line with a royal decree issued 12 years ago. Al-Turki said earlier that Daesh (the so-called IS) was responsible for the suicide bombing at the Qatif mosque that killed at least 21 worshippers and injured 87 others. He said Saleh Bin Abdulrahman Al-Qashaami, a Saudi who was already wanted for being an active member of a Daesh-affiliated terror cell, blew himself up in Al-Qudaih village. Abu Jandal Al-Jizrawi, who blew himself up outside the mosque in Dammam, was also a terrorist affiliated with Daesh. The security authorities have already arrested 26 members of a cell suspected of being involved in the attacks.
