Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), paid today a visit to the Intellectual Property Training Center in Kuwait. During the visit, the GCC Secretary General met with a number of officials at the center. Then, Dr. Al-Zayani toured the center and was briefed on its activities.
