Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeeah, Adviser at the Royal Court and General Supervisor of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre, stated that the center was established upon directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to unify the Kingdom's efforts in the field of relief and humanitarian works as well as a clear message to the world that the Kingdom seeks to peace and dignity of the human life to alleviate the suffering of people in the affected communities in accordance with international law with no political motivations or objectives. In a press conference held here yesterday with presence of Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Saudi ambassador to the United Kingdom, Dr. Al-Rabeeah pointed out the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to exert all capabilities supporting efforts of relief and humanitarian works in various countries in the world through King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre. He confirmed that opening the center was coincided with the beginning of the Yemeni crisis, pointing out that the center implemented about 98 main projects in Yemen with collaboration of 73 partners. --More
