The first Saudi relief plane ordered by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the displaced brethren in Anbar province, Iraq, arrived on Wednesday. Advisor to the Royal Court and Supervisor General of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah said that the plane, which was carrying 105 tons of food aid and shelter equipment, arrived in the Iraqi province of Anbar in coordination with the Saudi embassy in Iraq, pointing out that other relief aid weighing 210 tons will be sent later.
