Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of topics and issues at local, regional and international arenas. Under the theme "Targeting Makkah, Flagrant Violation, Okaz and Al-Youm newspapers wrote in their editorials that the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC)'s Foreign Ministers issued during their meeting in Jeddah yesterday their condemnation in the strongest terms against Houthi militias, the deposed Saleh and those who used to support and provide them with weapons, missiles and rockets to target the holy Makkah. Okaz believed that those who support these militias and provide them with weapons and ballistic missiles are a staunch partner in the attack on the Islamic holy sites, a party to sow the sectarian strife and a key supporter of terrorism, so the OIC's condemnation came to reflect the state of overwhelming anger sweeping the Islamic world during last days, due to this blatant violation of the most important religious shrines of interest to Muslims across the world. It added that what has been dared by Houthi militias and the deposed Saleh and Iran which is the first terrorism sponsor globally by targeting the purest parts of the earth, Makkah is a criminal act requiring the strike with an iron fist to stop their hands from doing again such shameful and criminal acts, as well as their crimes against Islam and Muslims. --More
