Under the chairmanship of the Saudi Minister of Finance, his Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states' counterparts held the 105th session of the Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee, in the presence of the Secretary General of the GCC Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani. At the outset, he welcomed his counterparts and the GCC chief, pointing, then, to the main issues to be tackled, during the session, citing a number of joint ventures among the member states, such as the value added tax (VAT), selective taxes and customs union.
