Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has stressed that the Palestinian issue is its top priority, and will remain, as before, supporting Palestinian rights. This came in a speech given by the Kingdom's First Secretary at the Permanent Representative Delegation to the United Nations Abdullah Al-Otaibi before the Second Committee at its 71st session on item 65 (Permanent sovereignty of the Palestinian people in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Quds, and of the Arab population in the occupied Syrian Golan over their natural resources) at the United Nations, today. Al-Otaibi said that the United Nations reported a large number of explicit violations committed by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people by establishing Apartheid Wall and to continue to build settlements and excessive use of force, in addition to the demolition of homes and washed away agricultural land. The Israeli occupation adopted policies led to restricted the movement of Palestinians to gain access to health, education, employment, markets and natural resources services, particularly in the Gaza Strip, Al-Otaibi added in speech. First Secretary of Kingdom's Delegation to UN stressed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's position was and remains a supporter of Palestinian rights since the start of the Israeli occupation of the rest of historic Palestine in 1967, including Al-Quds.
