Yemeni Premier Ahmed Obaid bin Daghar reaffirmed here today that the legitimate government, in his country, will not allow toppling the republican regime, which overthrew the imamate system through the revolution on September 26, 1963 year. In a meeting held today in the city of Mukalla, Hadramout Province, with political and social leaders, he added that the Yemeni people will fight for the republican system and it will not allow to topple it, whatever the challenges and sacrifices. He pointed out that the war waged by militia of al-Huthi and deposed Saleh forces are explicitly a coup against the revolution of September 26 and the republic that overthrew the Imamate regime, stressing that the militia coup is trying to push Yemen to the past, which was rejected by the Yemeni people, as the coup is against the national will and the outcomes of the National Dialogue, which unanimously agreed on all spectrums of Yemen and with the participation of the political forces in the country, he said. Official news agency of Yemen reported the premier emphasizing that peace, in the country, will only be achieved through the implementation of the basic references emanating from the Gulf states sponsored initiative, its executive mechanisms, the outputs of the national dialogue and implementation of UN Security Council Resolution no. 2216, which includes the withdrawal and surrendering of arms and the return of legitimate authority. The meeting was held o discuss ongoing efforts to normalize the situation in Hadramout and other provinces liberated from the putschists. For their part, the political and social leaders, in Hadramout, renewed support for President Abdu Rabbo Mansur Hadi, until the restoration of the state from the hands of the pro the coup militia.
